Good clean rooms. And cheap. The owner Sam is very nice. And if you call ahead you can request one of the newly renovated rooms. Cable TV with HBO and Showtime. Mini fridge and microwave.
Smelly rooms stink like old cigarettes and very small. Service dog friendly staff kinda stand offish.
Overall fair, rooms could use an update. Friendly service! Great flexible prices $300 a week, $55 a night.

The Trail is a nice place to stay. Property was clean and so were the room and linens. Wonderfully polite staff eager to make your stay a nice one. For the price and the fact of no insects or rodents- I will be staying there again in the future.
